The lady at the front counter kept telling me I should have sent in my faulty Dyson which was under warranty direct to dyson but the online bing lee person whom I was dealing with advised me to return to the store where I purchased it.
The store person then proceeded to tell me the bing lee online people don't know anything.
I've need here before and dealt with the same difficult lady.

- Wendy Stephens Added July 22, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I made a complaint on Facebook last week and have been speaking to Nicole (who has been very nice to deal with ) and she was going to get the manager of the Casula/Crossroads store to contact me in relation to a bad experience last week. No word from the manager as yet which I suppose matches the lack of service in store!
I wouldn't even give them one star but it won't allow me to post unless I select one!
