  Installed self checkouts where the normal conveyer belt checkouts used to be.... your customers do not work at Coles. We expect service. Give people jobs. The option was always there to use self checkouts or go to the staffed counters - which was fine. Now there’s no choice - you have to work at Coles. No thanks.

  They want everyone to serve themselves. There is no option. I had a full trolley waiting in 12 items with 4 full trolleys in front of me, this one staff member are also serving cigarettes and customer service , a joke. I won’t come back . Btw Staff after staff standing and watching all the self checkouts . Ridiculous.

  Disappointed to find that after many years the store has decided as of tonight to change its trading hours to 10pm. Observed many people being turned away arriving minutes after 10pm.
  
  Not very nice to the shift workers that could have stopped at other stores closer to their work but chose to come to this store as it’s on the way home and more convenient.

  was just buying basic items, one item was on sale for $15 but the barcode wasn't scanning, the worker refused to believe that it was $15 and even went and checked, after she came back she told me they mustve put it in the wrong place (even tho I fully checked before purchasing just to be completely sure) anyways- she was able to change the price herself and gave it to me for $25 despite what the price card said- claiming it was put in the wrong place , she was very rude and should just quit if she wants to exercise her little power over customers like that
  Like you don't own Woolies, it's not your dad's business, no need to try and scam me out of $10, it's not even going to your pocket.

  Did self checkout...one of the best experience with the team member. Didnt get his name though but he was so attentive and communicative with my daughter as well. He is a gem

  A large Coles store which opens until midnight and is easy to get to.

  An average experience exactly what to expect from a shopping center, pricing was correct for everything accept one but hey its human error only ignorant people wouldnt understand that everyone makes mistakes will be back again.
