  I recently joined Planet Fitness and overall, I've had a pretty average experience. The gym itself is clean and well-maintained, and there's a good selection of equipment. The staff are friendly and helpful, and I've never had any issues with the facilities.
  
  One of the things I like about Planet Fitness is the no-judgement policy. It's a welcoming atmosphere and I never feel self-conscious about working out, which is important to me. I also appreciate the affordable membership fees and the convenience of being able to use any Planet Fitness location nationwide.
  
  However, there are a few things that I feel could be improved. The gym can get quite crowded at peak times, which can make it difficult to get on certain machines. Additionally, the class offerings are somewhat limited and there's not a lot of variety. I would like to see more options, such as yoga or spin classes.
  
  Overall, my experience at Planet Fitness has been average. It's a clean, welcoming gym with affordable membership fees and a good selection of equipment. While there are a few areas for improvement, it's a solid choice for anyone looking to get a workout in.

  Loved the gym. Friendly staff. Trainer Sunny is great, free classes for everyone. You can bring a friend if you pay for premium membership, still cheaper than most of the gyms. Best part is free massage chair :)

  Love this gym! It's always open when I need access and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The equipment is well kept, stocked and spaced out. Generally there is no issue accessing a machine unless you go during peak hours and then it's chaos and line ups!
  I love the extras option so I can workout and then reward myself with a massage, infrared beauty treatment or natural looking spray tan. If you live or work near a Planet Fitness gym then there isn't a better gym to join to get value for money unless you prefer dedicated fitness classes.

  I had a bad experience with this Gym recently when I decided to rejoin , which has left a bad impression on myself and even my family who wanted to join aswell.
  I do not find staff are Caring enough to look at Clients feedback and solve any issues facing Custumer.

  Joined Planet Fitness Crossroads Sydney, Australia when they first opened new location late 2020. I must say it's a brilliant Gym the floor area is massive well over 2000 square meters, equipment is clean and good. Always good to be greeted by the friendly staff and can't beat the price very affordable. Black card member is great too can bring a friend for free also use the relaxation black card area!! :-)
