Big restrooms,a good cafe and wide ramps for the seniors.interesting exhibitions. Close to the railway and lots of parking. A very creative use of the powerhouse.
- Steve Campbell Grant Added August 28, 2017★ ★ ★ ★ ☆Firstly, this place has nothing to do with it's namesake in Ultimo (which as of May 2016 is soon to be in Parramatta). A box beside the Georges River for making electricity since the 1950's - these days the spark is in the creativity on the walls. Somewhere between a Year 12 art review and bona fide 'what's all that about?' This space is set up to encourage artists - young and old - to do their thing. A regional gallery that packs a punch - and is worth a visit. All amidst the impossibly massive industry of yesteryear - which is kinda cool. Oddly - no open WiFi and a cafe that closes early - service is good, coffee not so much.
