She finally acknowledged his complaints that she was hurting him and replaced it with a new pair that actually cut his hair. She's left him with a crooked, ridiculous haircut that shows no skill or care for the client. He's had to go to another hairdresser to repair the damage and even they were staggered at what she'd done. Disgraceful! Strongly recommend avoiding this level of service.
